LIVING – sofa (converts to queen sleeper sofa), coffee table, dresser/TV stand, smart TV

BEDROOM – queen bed (linen provided), nightstand with lamp, plus an additional night stand in the closet

LAUNDRY – washer/dryer located in-unit, as well as an iron and ironing board

BATHROOM – single vanity, toilet, walk-in shower, towels provided

NO pets, violations subject to fines.

Please note that this studio apartment is located above the garage of the main house (apartment guests do NOT have access to the garage). There is 1 parking spot in the driveway in front of the carriage house reserved for guests. Additional street parking available. Guests do have access to their own mailbox.
