“We loved this house! — This house is just a treasure. The inside was so inviting, spacious and clean. There are so many well thought out details and there is not a single thing I would change. My party of four adults had plenty of space to hang out. We enjoyed being able to walk downtown as this house is in a perfect location. Highly recommend for a stay in Staunton!”

Green on New boasts two floors of bright, airy space. Please note that both bedrooms are located on the second floor and require going up a flight of stairs:
FIRST FLOOR:
ENTRY WAY – Front door accessed with keypad, hall storage with hooks and selves.
LIVING ROOM – Couch, arm chair, ottoman, smart TV (please login to your own streaming accounts), coffee table that coverts to desk, pet blankets are provided for your pups to cuddle on the couch with you.
KITCHEN – Dining table with two chairs, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, electric oven and range, dishwasher, microwave), and Keurig coffee maker.
OFFICE SPACE – Stackable washer and dryer, desk, chair, and access to backyard/patio.
HALF BATH – Located off entry hallway.
SECOND FLOOR:
BEDROOM 1 – Queen bed, two nightstands with lamps, luggage rack, hangers in closet, and corner stool.
BEDROOM 2 – Queen Bed, two nightstands with lamps, luggage rack, and hangers in closet.
FULL BATHROOM – Tiled shower/bathtub, Public Goods Conditioner, Shampoo, and Body Wash, Beauty counter Charcoal Mask, and DoTERRA toothpaste are provided with every stay.
Please note that all bedrooms and living area are equipped with a pull-down blackout shade.
