The apartment has a private entrance on the side of the house. Upon entering is a washer and dryer available for guests to use, as well as a sunroom with seating. The apartment unit is located down the stairs in the basement. The space is fully sealed off with a wall and completely private.

LIVING ROOM – couch, accent chairs, coffee table, smart TV, dining table and chairs for 2

KITCHENETTE – kitchenette with fridge, hot plate, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker. NOTE: due to city regulations, there is no kitchen sink. A wash bin is provided.

BEDROOM – Queen bed, nightstands, closet with space for clothes storage, all linen included. Pack n’ play and child’s booster seat is also provided.

BATHROOM – single vanity, walk-in shower, toiletries included

EXTERIOR – patio with outdoor dining table

– The apartment is located in the basement of a residential home and is only accessible by stairs.
