In downtown. Walkable to most restaurants, theater, shops. Comfortable space.

As a designer of 50+ years, I appreciated many of the decorative features. The bath towels and robes were also nice choices. The bath was spacious with ample counter space. The flat screen a perfect size.The lack of an iron or freezer for ice were the only negatives.

Easy access. Beautiful remodeling. Excellent shower. Great bed. Within walking distance of everything we wanted to do.

Check in was so easy. Loved that I could check in early. Situated in a great area with easy access to all shops and restaurants. Loved all the “extras” provided (cold water, eye masks). Communication was easy and fast! Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Attention to detail in the restoration of the rooms along with the luxury linens and little details like the mints and under eye strips made the stay exceptional.

The decor was elegantly done, and the painstaking attention to detail was obvious throughout the suite. The mattress and linens were luxurious and inviting. Check-in/out process was simple and efficient. We’d definitely stay here again when in Staunton.
