Calling all traveling nurses and or professionals looking to set roots here in the Shenandoah Valley temporarily.

When entering the home you will find a spacious bright and airy open concept living, dining, and kitchen space. The living room offers an electric fireplace with a 50″ Smart TV (log into your own streaming services!) mounted above.

Continuing into the dining nook, you will pass by the perfect “selfie” wall! Covered in faux greenery and lighted by a neon sign that confirms “This must be the place!” The dining nook hosts a custom bench with seating for up to 4.

Our kitchen has been fully renovated with custom cabinetry and fully stocked for all your needs. There is also a grill outside for your use.

There is also a laundry closet in the hallway with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience during your stay.

The home offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which makes it perfect to host two traveling professionals or a small family.

BEDROOM 2: queen bed with a memory foam and spring hybrid mattress, nightstands with lamps, dresser; chair, closet, full hall bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo

We also provide a starter kit of supplies, upon your arrival, including:

-Hand Soap at each bathroom sink

-Dish soap

-A Kitchen sponge

-1 Roll of Paper Towels

-1 Roll of Toilet Paper

-1 Trash bag, per trash can

NOTES:

– 31 night minimum required

– This unit is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a one month fee of $300, or $125/month, whichever is greater. No cats, fines may apply.

-Although reservations are modifiable with 30 days written notice, the first months’ rent is considered non-refundable once the reservation has been confirmed.

-Renters Insurance Required.
