Calling all Traveling Professionals…let us host your next stay right here in The Valley. With the convenience of being located just minutes off of I-64, we are only 35 mins to UVA Hospital and or 15 mins to Augusta Health Medical Center, as well as just 1 mile to Downtown Waynesboro, where you can find shopping, a few local great restaurants and a greenway along the river.

The apartment offers a large spacious living room with a 55″ smart TV (log into your own streaming services!), a dining room that seats up to 4, a fully stocked kitchen, and a stacked washer/dryer (apartment size) all on the main level.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Both Bedrooms host a queen bed (sheets and bedding are provided) and the larger of the two bedrooms has a 42″ Smart TV, as well. Each bedroom is furnished with blackout curtains, to help those of you on shift work. The bathroom has a tiled shower/tub combo. It is not attached to either bedroom. We provide 6 body towels, 6 wash clothes, and 2 hand towels for use during your stay.

We also provide a starter kit of supplies upon your arrival, including:

-Hand Soap at each sink

-Dish soap

-1 Kitchen sponge

-1 Roll of Paper Towels

-1 Roll of Toilet Paper

-1 Trash bag, per trash can

NOTES:

– 31 night minimum required

– This unit is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a one month fee of $300, or $125/month, whichever is greater
