BEDROOM 1 – queen bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, all linen provided, shelf with rod and clothes hangers

LAUNDRY – stackable washer and dryer located in the hallway off of the living room

BEDROOM 2 – queen bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, all linen provided, closet

BATHROOM 2 – single vanity, walk-in shower, toilet

DECK – gas fire put table, lounge seating for 4

PETS: This unit is dog friendly only (2 dogs max) with a one month fee of $300, or $125/month, whichever is greater. No cats, fines may apply.

RESERVATIONS: Although reservations are modifiable with 30 days written notice, the first months’ rent is considered non-refundable once the reservation has been confirmed. Renters Insurance Required.
