LIVING ROOM – sofa, coffee table that pulls up into a desk or dining space, smart TV

KITCHEN – fully stocked kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, Keurig, crockpot and toaster. Please note that the kitchen is tiny and does not have a dishwasher.

BATHROOM – single vanity, walk-in shower, toilet, washer and dryer

BEDROOM – queen bed, 1 nightstand, all linen provided, shelf with rod and clothes hangers

DECK – private deck space with outdoor seating for 2.

PETS: This unit is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a one month fee of $300, or $125/month, whichever is greater. No cats, subject to fine.

RESERVATIONS: Although reservations are modifiable with 30 days written notice, the first months’ rent is considered non-refundable once the reservation has been confirmed.

Please note that the main house is rented separately. Tenants in the main house get one parking spot on the left side of the driveway and tenants of the studio get one parking space on the right side of the driveway. Additional parking is available on the street with the purchase of an annual parking pass from the city.
