OFFICE – single desk and a pull-out sleeper sofa

BATHROOM 1 – single vanity, toilet, walk-in shower

DINING ROOM – formal dining space for 7

KITCHEN – fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, electric oven and range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster), Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee pot

DECK – located right off the kitchen, the deck has an outdoor dining set for 6

SECOND FLOOR:

BEDROOM 1 – Queen bed, dresser, luggage rack, and closet with hangers
