– This is an old farmhouse in a rural area, so there are frequently seasonal bugs

– Firewood is not provided

– There is an exterior security camera on the front porch

– Each upstairs bedroom has its own window AC unit. Please DO NOT use or turn on the upstairs central AC thermostat.
